Initial Consult
This is a brief 30-60 minute consultation. During which we will have a conversation about you, your business, your objectives, and the challenges you are facing. The objective is to assess the current financial standing of your business, and identify areas where collaborative solutions can be implemented. Following the consultation, if you believe we can become one of your trusted partners we will move on to step 2.

Analysis
During the analysis phase, we will conduct a comprehensive examination of your QuickBooks Online account or whatever you are currently using. This entails assessing the number of connected accounts, monthly transaction volume, the date of the last bank reconciliation, identifying common categorization errors, and generating financial reports to evaluate the overall financial performance of your business. This process will help determine whether catch-up or clean-up services are required. As well as calculate a fee for a one time service or ongoing monthly service.

Quote
Utilizing the information acquired during the initial consultation and analysis, we will craft a quote. This document serves as a non-binding document outlining the array of services to be provided, specifying the associated monthly service fees. In the event that clean-up, catch-up, or other services are deemed essential, these will be distinctly itemized in the quote.

Engagement Letter and Payment Authorization
Should the terms outlined in the quote align with your expectations and goals, we will furnish a link for your perusal of the comprehensive engagement letter specifying terms and conditions, and payment authorization details. Upon receiving the digitally signed engagement letter and the completed payment authorization. We will initiate the commencement of our services per the engagement letter.

Collaboration
We schedule a meeting to secure "view only access", if possible, to key business related accounts. This is utilized for gathering the documents and account statements needed to reconcile the day to day financial activities of your business. Designed specifically to save our clients time, from hunting down documents being requested, or requests for documents getting lost in the email shuffle.

Bookkeeping Begins
This marks the phase where we roll up our sleeves and take care of the tasks you entrusted to us, in keeping account of your growth. On a regular basis, whether monthly or more frequently as required, you'll receive comprehensive financial reports showcasing the flourishing aspects of your business and areas that might benefit from a bit more attention.
